I can take a hint.
I wanted to test out some of the game's different graphic options, so I deleted everyone in Sunset Valley in order to have a small, fast-loading saved game that I could load into every time the game asked me to restart. I placed a single Sim in this neighborhood for testing purposes.
All alone in this eerie, unpopulated world, Schiza Fran ran around performing silly tasks for me as I watched my frame rate rise and plummet at different graphic settings. Then, randomly, I saw this Sim standing in front of City Hall by himself...
